These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RideReady app ("the app"), operated by Beach Investments (ABN 85 497 311 701) trading as RideReady. By downloading or using RideReady, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use RideReady on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
RideReady offers the following plans:
Up to 1 horse and 3 competitions per calendar year. Basic timeline and show management.
Full Pro access for 14 days from the date of first install. No payment required to start. At the end of the trial, the app reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe.
Full access to all features including unlimited horses, customisable prep steps, score analytics, appointment reminders, and unlimited competition history. Billed monthly. Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Same full Pro access billed annually. Auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Full Pro access as a single one-time purchase. No ongoing charges.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: More → Account Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel separately in iOS Settings.

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Competition schedules, timelines, and reminders are provided as an organisational aid only — you remain responsible for verifying official competition information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed competition deadlines or data loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which also applies to your use of RideReady: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
